These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of products and services offered by Yum Yum Baking Co. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, placing orders, or engaging with our products, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Disputes:
All disputes concerning service rendered or products provided must be submitted in writing via email within 2 days of the date of service.
All sales are final. All payments are non-refundable. Any compensation provided in response to a dispute will be in the form of store credit only.
General Conditions:
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified price for the products and any applicable taxes or fees.
Orders may not be modified or canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
Intellectual Property:
All content, including images, text, and designs, on our website and products are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our explicit consent.

Yumyumbakingco.com may contain testimonials by users of our products and/or services. These testimonials reflect real-life experiences and opinions. However, the experiences are personal to those particular users, and may not necessarily be representative of all users of our products and/or services. Delivery Disclaimer:
If you are not home when your order is being delivered, your order will be left at your door and Yum Yum Baking Co. will not be held responsible for what happens to your order. If you have not paid your order in full including a delivery fee, then the delivery option will not be accepted.
Delivery and Pickup:
Delivery or pickup options, as well as associated fees and timing, will be communicated during the ordering process.
Allergy Disclaimer:
Please be aware that although we have strict processes in place to prevent cross-contact there is still a slight risk of the presence of any allergen. The customer is responsible for notifying Yum Yum Baking Co. of all allergies when placing their order. Yum Yum Baking Co. is not responsible for any adverse effects of allergic reactions.
Modifications to the service and prices:
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, discounts, and offers at our discretion.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Billing:
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
To confirm your order a 50% deposit is required – unless paying directly through the website then the order is paid in full. All deposits are non-refundable. Once paid, your reservation is confirmed. If there is a remaining amount due on your order it will be charged at pick-up.
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Returns and Refund Policy:
As soon as orders are placed, we purchase the ingredients and book your order for the day you choose to pick it up. We are a home bakery, and our time is limited. Once you or a designated party has picked up the order, it is considered “accepted” – refund requests will not be honored after your order has left our location. Please be sure to check your order before leaving. All no-shows for order pick-up will not be refunded.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss possible solutions.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Yum Yum Baking Co, by phone at (682) 227-1134 or email at [email protected] no later than 3 days before the pickup date. Changes or cancellations cannot be made once it has reached 3 days before the pickup date.
Yum Yum Baking Co. reserves the right to modify its return/cancellation policy at any time.
Limitation of Liability:
I Under no circumstances shall Yum Yum Baking Co. or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of the application and any third-party content and services, whether or not the damages were foreseeable and whether or not Yum Yum Baking Co. was advised of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Yum Yum Baking Co.’s aggregate liability to you(whether under contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount of seventy dollars ($70.00). The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above-stated remedy fails in its essential purpose.
Prohibited Use:
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
