Hello – I’m Brandi, the baker, founder, and all!
My passion for baking all started when I was six years old helping my grandma bake in Brill, Wisconsin.
We always baked enough cookies to cover the kitchen table and then some! Eventually, we had to move to Texas, and the baking I once loved stopped – but not for long.

 

Once I got to high school, I started baking again and sold cookies to my fellow classmates to save for college. By the time I graduated from Trinity High School in 2014, I baked individual orders and cookies for parties. At that point, I knew I wanted to own a bakery and offer sweets to everyone –
regardless of dietary restrictions.

 

Although I am maintaining a full-time career in accounting and became a mommy in February 2021 to our adorable son, I started a cottage bakery to still fulfill my dream in hopes of eventually owning my own bakery down the line.
